The EFCC says there is no truth in the report that Magu's rejection by the Senate has made it to delay submission of its annual report to the legislature.
Their action was in protest of the National assembly management's inability to pay their five months outstanding salaries. The workers are 22 in number.
There is currently serious concern and apprehension among members and staff of the National Assembly over the state of security at the complex.
