President Muhammadu Buhari has received justices of the Supreme Court at the Presidential Villa on Friday, October 6.
This was contained in a post by Bashir Ahmad who is the personal assistant to the president on new media.
He said the justices were led by Chief Justice Walter Onnoghen.
Meanwhile, the National Judicial Council during its 83rd meeting, set up 15 panels to probe two state chief justices and 13 other judges accused of misconduct.
Onnoghen gave this order in a statement released by the council to the public on Monday, October 2, Premium Times reports.
The panels will investigate 46 petitions written against judicial officers in the federal and state judiciaries.
However, the names of the judges affected were not listed in the statement released by the council.
