I have fallen in love with my mother’s new boyfriend and we’re sharing magical hours in bed together.
I’m 21, my mum is 39 and my dad long gone out of her life. She met her new man three months ago at a social club they both go to. He’s 28 and really cute.
I just regarded him as my mother’s boyfriend to start with but I could see he liked me from the first moment he met me.
He had his own flat but the lease ran out last month and my mum said that he could move in with us until he sorted something out about another flat.
I have become closer and closer to him as time has gone on. I soon realised that I really liked him and couldn’t resist him.
Nothing happened until we were at home on our own one evening. My mum had been called to do an extra shift at the off-license where she works because another member of staff hadn’t turned up. She said she wouldn’t be back till late.
Her boyfriend suggested opening a bottle of wine. We sat and chatted and drank the whole bottle. Neither of us said or did anything but the atmosphere between us was electric. I said I thought it was time for bed and he said, “Your bed or mine?”
I was shocked but didn’t hesitate to take him up on the offer and we went up to my bedroom.
We had two wonderful hours in bed together, then he said he ought to be getting back to my mum’s bed and that we could follow it up at another time.
We have been having an affair since then and I know he is the man I want to spend my life with.
We decided it was too risky to do anything more at home, so now he takes me out to restaurants and tells my mum he’s going to football practice. Afterwards we go to a hotel and make crazy love.
I told him last week that I had fallen in love with him. He said he wants to be with me but he doesn’t want to hurt my mum.
I really want us to be able to live our own love story without hiding. He said he would like that too. How do I explain this to my mum? I know she will never forgive me.
