Abuja – The Minister of Health, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu, on Thursday donated blood to the National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS) in Abuja to commemorate the 2012 World Blood Donor Day.

“I call on Nigerians to donate blood today and save a life”

Also  that some people were seen at the centre waiting to donate blood.

The WHO chose June 14 as the day to recognise the millions of people who save lives and improve the health of others by donating blood.
