Flights To Abuja: No Airline Complained To Us – Senate

The Senate Committee on Aviation has said that it is not aware that the Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah denied approval for some foreign airlines to extend their services to Abuja airport.

Speaking to our correspondent on phone last night, the chairman of the committee, Senator Hope Uzodinma (PDP, Imo West), said he was not aware of the development because the airlines were yet to write a petition to his committee.

“I am not in a position to confirm that the airlines were denied the approval to operate at Abuja airport as none of the airlines has complained to us about it”, Uzodinma said.
