Bananas can cause headache in people who are sensitive to tyramine. Mostly, banana peel has lots more of tyramine than the pulp but it can still trigger nagging headaches in people who are allergic to this chemical.
If you are sensitive to yeast then you will have to stay away from most baked products like bread, pastries, buns etc. Uncooked yeast causes more problems so never have half baked bread or cakes.
