In a bizarre social experiment to find out whether female homosexuals enjoy kissing men, several lesbians were asked to kiss straight men they'd never met before... and their reactions were predictably awkward.

In a video clip released by the Human Project and Jumpcut Studiosare lesbian volunteers seen plucking up their courage to kiss a man -- some of them for the first time.

Commenting on the process one of them said: "I’m sorry, but it was awkward… it was!" Another girl said: "I was really glad you didn’t have facial hair, that scares me."

The experiment was repeated with gay men and straight woman with mixed reviews from each pair, including the words "awkward", "interesting" and "cute".

All-in-all, all volunteers were left more or less satisfied, obviously, because when there's no love or sexual attraction the kiss simply turns into emotionless motions.
