Photos: Gov El-Rufai Donates Cars, Bullet Proofs To Police

Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state donated 107 patrol vehicles and 230 bullet-proof vests to the police and other security agencies in the state on Tuesday, November 24.

The governor said nine security agencies will be benefiting from the patrol vehicles, adding that the government has always taken their security obligations seriously.

The items were presented to Solomon Arase, the Inspector-General of Police.

Receiving the vehicles, Arase promised on behalf of the police and the other security agencies to put the vehicles and vests into judicious use.

He commended El-Rufai for donating the vehicles and the vests to the police and other security agencies, saying he was happy with the governor’s effort in tackling insecurity in the state.
