Tukur challenges women

National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Bamanga Tukur, Monday admonished female ministers, lawmakers and presidential aides not to abandon their home fronts while pursuing their political ambitions.

Equally, the National Women Leader of the PDP, Dr. Kema Chikwe, pledged to ensure the empowerment of women through employment and other programmes that would ensure better life for them in the present dispensation.

According to Tukur, “women are the bed rock of a good home. Charity begins at home. You must ensure that as female members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), female members of the National Assembly and Presidential Aides to the President the home front does not suffer neglect.”
