The Zone C arm of the National Association of Nigerian Student (NANS) has appreciated the president, Goodluck Jonathan for appointing the past president of the association Com. Jude Imagwe as Senior Special Assistant on Youths and Students.
In a statement signed by the codinator of the Zone, Com. Odoma Arome "the appointment is a clear indication that the constituency of Nigerian Students is fully represented in President Goodluck Jonathan's administration."
Congratulating Imagwe, the national president of the association, Com. Dauda Mohammed urged him to use his new office in promoting the unity among the Nigerian students and youths and as well protect their interest as it concerns welfare and employment.
Mohammed who also appreciated President Jonathan for the appointment appealed for more appointments and employment for unemployed graduates in the country.
It will be recalled that President Jonathan had last year conferred on Jude Imagwe the Member of Niger (MON) national honour award.
