Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola has said that henceforth any student in public schools that scores below 50 per cent aggregate in all subjects, including English Language and Mathematics will not be promoted.
The governor added that any student whose parents fail to attain 90 per cent attendance of Parent Teacher’s Association (PTA) meeting in a school calendar year will not be promoted.
