As if Lindsay Lohan wasn’t having a rough enough week already. Now, James Franco is opening up about rejecting the Liz & Dick star when she tried to have sex with him.
"I mean, I don't want to brag about it," the Oz: The Great and Powerful actor, 34, told Howard Stern when the radio host asked him about sexually turning down LiLo.
"I don't know how that got out." The star then went on to explain how he ended up staying at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood during the same time Lindsay, 26, called the hotel home.
"My house in L.A. was being redone, so I did this thing where I just stayed at the hotel, and she had been living there for a couple years," he said of their interaction. Claiming that they met through mutual friends, James then explained his reasoning for turning down the star during a time in which Howard claims “she was a lot hotter.”
Lindsay, who’s been arrested six times in the last ten years, "was having issues even then, so you feel weird," James explained. "Honestly, she was a friend. I've met a lot of people that are troubled and sometimes you don't want to do that." And now, Lindsay faces jail time, yet again. The troubled starlet is unable to complete her court-ordered 90-day rehab stint because clinics across the U.S. don't offer a lockdown situation, which was part of her plea bargain. "Oh, gosh," James says of LiLo.
"I haven't talked to her in a while. Poor Lindsay.”
