Mariah, 40, was filming the video in NYC at Avenue and Artichoke Pizza in Chelsea.
She was taken to a hospital in the Upper East Side for special surgery, according to The New York Post.
The accident may have been due to Mariah taking a tumble in her heels, a source said.

“She will perform, but it is likely she will have her arm in a sling,” a source added.
