Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu has declared himself fit for Wednesday’s crucial World Cup qualifier against Kenya.

Ogu was substituted in Nigeria's 2-2 draw with Mexico at the weekend after he complained of pains in his thighs.

However, the Portugal-based star upon arrival to Germany with the Eagles told MTNfootball.com:"It’s was just a cramp I am perfectly okay and looking ahead to our game in Nairobi."

He would go further to post on his Tweeter handle "@ogujohnugo: And to Those asking About My Health,I Am Fine and Will Be Ready For the Game Against KENYA...Thank You All For Your Wishes."

Ogu, who made his debut against Kenya in March, crowned his first Eagles start with a goal against Mexico.
