So, you don’t have the body of a super model, and you have never been happy with the body you have had to live in every day of your life. It works just to cover it up, it is easier and it is functional. You probably feel safe. Is safe how you want to feel about yourself?
We want you to feel terrific, I want you to love how your body works for you, I want you to embrace your assets and show them to the world. As we are all acutely aware, our own body is unique to each of us and following the rules that work for someone else unfortunately may not work for us.
The key is in knowing your body, knowing what parts make you feel good, knowing what makes you feeling like you are rocking and knowing how to minimise those parts that can drag you back down into that cave of self-loathing. Regaining your confidence and sense of self will not necessarily come from wearing a certain fashion style, colour or theme.
