The discovery of the bomb was made following a complaint to the police by the shop owner that his tenant locked his shop even after the tenancy has expired and, therefore, wanted the police to eject the latter.

Items discovered include IEDs, cables, three bags of fertilisers, canisters of tear gas, a police life-jacket, some uniforms belonging to an Aid group, a drilling machine and remote control devices.
