Mohammed, Deputy Registrar (Council Affairs) to serve as Secretary. Other terms of reference of the committee are: to determine the extent of damage in the two incidents, establish whether or not there were security lapses in the two incidents, suggest measures to be taken to rehabilitate the laboratory facility and the room in the hostel, recommend immediate measures to be taken to provide a temporary facility to serve as a Chemistry laboratory, recommend measures on how to forestall future occurrences, and any other relevant matter.
