Justice Eso Begins Final Journey Home

The remains of eminent jurist and retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Justice Kayode Eso, left Ibadan, Oyo State today for Osogbo, Osun State, for burial tomorrow.

The corpse was accompanied by the widow, Mrs. Aina Eso, children of the deceased; Mrs. Funmilayo Eso Williams and Olumide, family friends and associates.

More than 15 policemen were observed at the Ikolaba residence of the deceased when P.M.NEWS went there.

Justice Eso, who died in London on 16 November, is expected to be buried tomorrow in his country home, Ilesa while outing service will hold on Sunday at Anglican Church of the Risen Christ, Ilesa. He was aged 87.

Late Justice Eso has been described by his colleagues as an exceptionally brave judge.
