Although the suspects could not take their plea due to lack of legal representations, the court, presided by Justice Ahmed R. Mohammed, ordered that the suspects be remanded in Kuje Prisons until April 10, 2013.

The accused persons are Usman Sani, Abdulraman Musa, Mahmud Mohammed, Kabir Mohammed, Umar Danjuma, Ibrahim Musa Abba, and Abdullahi Lawan.

The accused persons, who spoke through an interpreter, told the court that they have an intention to have legal representation, but they do not have the means to hire the services of lawyers.
