Nigerian Man Rejects Pastor's Prayer For Long Life

Those where the words of Pa Emmanuel Ashipa, a 143 year-old-man, while rejecting the prayer of a clergyman for him to spend more 'fruitful' years on earth.

“What kind of prayer is this son? I need not any prayer for long life. I have lost some of my children while alive. Let death come now, I am fulfilled. Thank you for your prayer. No enemy can kill me. I am waiting for God’s time and it should no longer be late.”

The centurion, who was spotted at a public function recently in Ogun State, polite turned down the pastor's prayer since he has already seen the good, the bad and the ugly sides of life.

Pa Ashipa is a native of Iwoye Ketu in Ogun State.
