David Oyedepo, Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, has narrated to his congregation, how God saved him and his companions from a potential plane crash, Punch reports.
The cleric shared the testimony at the church’s headquarters in Ota, Ogun state, during a Breakthrough Service.
NAIJ.com gathers that Oyedepo recounted how God took control and landed the plane, after it had plunged into crisis in mid-air.
He stated: “There was a mid-air crisis, there was serious turbulence, but there was no apprehension. Jesus took control.
“He landed the plane safely. And we were just celebrating the faithfulness of God.”
After narrating the testimony, Oyedepo led his congregation in praise and worship songs to God.
An unidentified source disclosed that the incident might have occurred when the cleric was returning from the United Kingdom.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that Bishop David Oyedepo, the presiding bishop of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, stated that Nigeria will not break-up in spite of its present challenges.
Oyedepo said it was made known to him via divine revelation in 1979 while praying for the well-being of the country, that Nigeria would never disintegrate.
