PoP for NAF Direct Short Service cadets takes place in Kaduna

- Successful cadets in the Air Force Direct Short Service Course (DSSC) 26/2017 have passed out

- The Passing out Parade (PoP) held in Kaduna state on Thursday, August 24

- Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state was represented at the ceremony by the Secretary to the Kaduna state government Mr. Balarabe Abbas Lawal

- The Chief of Defense Staff General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin, was also present at the event

The Passing out Parade (PoP) of the Air Force Direct Short Service cadets course 26/2017 took place today Thursday August 24, in Kaduna state.

The development was announced via the twitter handle of the Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, @GovKaduna.

At the ceremony, Governor El-Rufai was represented by the Secretary to the Kaduna state government Mr. Balarabe Abbas Lawal.

Also present at the ceremony was the Chief of Defense Staff General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin.

Recall that Legit.ng previously reported that the Nigerian Air Force announced its plan for enlistment into the direct short service for 2017, asking citizens to commence registration for the recruitment on May 18 through its website.

According to the security body, an applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree with second class upper division or a Higher National Diploma with an upper credit.
