Physically challenged in Abia state NYSC camp provokes reactions

While many in his condition would take to the streets begging for alms from other people, this young man rebuffed the challenges that come with being physically challenged, weathered the storm became a graduate.

The young man, whose name was not revealed at the time of this report, is said to have been seen at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) camp in Umuahia, Abia state.

Gossip Mill, which posted the photograph, added: “Never allow your condition stop you from doing the things you want to do or the things u are passionate about.”

In their reactions, some Nigerians wondered why he could not be helped with a wheel chair.

Ogon Asueya Vanessa noted that being physically challenged is not a barrier. She congratulated and commended the graduate.

Valentine Nwankwo commended the young man for being focused despite his situation. “God be with you always so your dreams will come through,” he said.
