Ekiti state Governor Ayodele Fayose has directed the immediate dissolution of the State Executive Council.
NAIJ.com learnt that the governor ordered all the former Commissioners are directed to hand over to the Permanent Secretaries of their respective ministries.
The governor thanked the former commissioners for their service to the State and wished them well in their future endeavours.
This announcement was recently made by the governor's special adviser on the Public Communications & New Media, Lere Olayinka.
Olayinka also released a Facebook live video chastising APC members in Ekiti who might be rejoicing on hearing the news of the cabinet dissolution.

Meanwhile, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) John Oyegun has denied allegation by Governor Fayose that Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari is on life support at a London hospital.
According to the APC National Chairman, Fayose’s comment was “most unfortunate.”
Oyegun said the governor of Ekiti state talks to much and should be ignored as his words cannot be given any importance.
