- A lawyer has been accused of being fake

- The lawyer is said to be terrorizing members of the association

- The association also call on government to intervene before the crises escalates

The Allied Polythene Association has accused on Mr Chuka Edozie who they claimed have been parading himself as a Lawyer to defraud people and industrialists of their hard earned money.

The association said the said Mr Chuka Edozie is a fake lawyer and was brought by barrister Anyaoha to work with the Estate managers for old Steel Structure of Ekene Dili Chukwu.

In a statement made available to NAIJ.com, the association wrote: "This Mr. Chuka has been posing as a lawyer to defraud a good number of traders here and the police in Awada Division is backing him up.

"We have had different encounter with him which has resulted to clashes and the last was very bad that he entered one Mr Fidelis Shop to force him to pay but because of how people came en-masse, he left and recently he collected 150,000 from one Pastor Innocent Edeh to give him a shop in December but denied the man in the process.

"He even followed the man to bank to withdraw the money and convinced him that a shop will be given to him but he didn't complied with his own side.

"Pastor Innocent reported him to Odera Harold Ilodibe Ekene's son but he didn't do anything to him rather he told the man to give and task Mr Chuka that it is not his business.

"We want government and Commissioner of police to be aware of what is happening and should in case it results to another thing, the government should not hold the traders responsible for that.

"The scanned agreement was the one he wrote for someone under the guise of a Lawyer "ESQ CHUKA EDOZIE" We want the concern authority to do what is best in this case and give the common man hope that there is justice.

"This is his picture that was taken the day he fought with Mr Fidelis over money that he proposed for himself but Fidelis refused and they fought. He do come with one Mrs Chibuike Amarachi who is the Manager of the place, working under Temarcoz.

"Our fear now is , Mrs Chibuike might issue eviction notice to us for taking this issue public but we have been begging her to remove Mr Chuka Edozie but all our pleads is like water poured upon a rock.

"Please the general public should be aware of this and come to our aid at Ekene Dilil Chukwu Steel Structure Awada, MCC and see what is happening there," the association added.

NAIJ.com had reported months ago that for 10 years, Peter Itokpa Adogun practised as a successful lawyer in Kwara state and even appeared before the Supreme Court on behalf of his clients.

He has now been arrested by the Nigeria Police Force and arraigned after he was discovered to have been practising using the name, Barrister IT David and upon a petition on behalf of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) by its legal adviser, Oyetunji Ojuokaiye.

Meanwhile, notorious kidnapper, Chukwudimeme Onwuamadike, aka Evans has insisted that he was fair to all his victims despite the public perception of him.

According to the billionaire kidnapper, he was unfair to only one of his victims. He also insisted that he does not collect ransome using banks because he could be traced easily.
