Embattled Senator Dino Melaye has been in the spotlight recently following moves by electorates to recall him from the red chamber.
On Friday, June 23, the Kogi West senator filed a suit at the Federal High Court Abuja against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) seeking an injunction against the commission to stop his recall.
NAIJ.com had reported that members of the Kogi West constituency in a recent visit to INEC filed a petition against Melaye.
However the signature of a deceased former governorship aspirant under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Prince Rotimi Obadofin was allegedly found on the recall register for the senator.
The senator took to his twitter handle to give a big laugh over the issue.
