Mrs Ikaz-Kassim is not known to dish out such rhetorics on her Twitter feed before now.
She even wrote in capital letters, an action that suggests she was really pained about the issue. It is not clear what informed her decision - be it a personal experience, someone close to her or the constant news of such acts in the media.
Every other day there is a report in the news of a case of child molestation or the other. It is obvious from the increasing cases that the matter has not been handled properly.
