Car knocks down 4-year-old boy on his way to RCCG Children's Day party (photos)

A jeep has knocked down a 4-year-old boy simply identified as, Joshua, who was on his way to a Children’s Day party in Bayelsa state.

Legit.ng gathered that Jousha had the accident while was heading to a party organised by the Redeemed Christian Church of God with his 7-year-old elder brother.

According to the Facebook user, Isedirikonghen Ebi, who shared the story on social media the boy survived the tragic incident.

Ebi revealed that the tragic incident occurred on Julius Berger axis of the Sani Abacha Expressway.

He explained that before he got to the scene of the accident the driver had already rushed the little boy to the hospital.

The user expressed that he was given the bad news that the boy’s left femur had been broken in the accident after he got to the hospital.

However, the hospital called an expert orthopedic surgeon, Dr Amefula, who immediately operated on the little boy.

According to Ebi, the 4-year-old survived the 3-hour surgery and he is currently in a stable condition.
