BREAKING: House Of Assembly Speaker IMPEACHED in Delta state

Emerging reports suggest that the Delta State House of Assembly Speaker, Mr. Monday Igbuya has been impeached.

Legit.ng gathered that Igbuya was impeached in the early hours of Thursday, May 11.

He was impeached during a session of the state House of Assembly session.

Igbuya was immediately replaced with the lawmaker representing Okpe constituency, Sheriff Oborevwori as the new speaker.

According to Sahara Reporters, Igbuya's impeachment was signed by 22 out of the 29 members of the state's legislative assembly.
