Ocheni is to replace the late James Ocholi, who died over a year ago, while Hassan is to replace Mrs Amina Mohammed, who resigned to become the United Nations Deputy Secretary General.

The council meeting yesterday, which lasted about three hours, was attended by majority of the ministers and other cabinet members.

NAIJ.com reported that Osinbajo kicked off yesterday’s FEC meeting at 10:00am, one hour earlier than the usual 11:00am.

Buhari had, after returning from his last medical vacation on March 10, changed the kick-off time of the weekly council meeting from 10:00am to 11:00am.
