Senator Shehu Sani has faulted the recent letter of President Muhammadu Buhari, intimating Nigeria's legislators of his medical trip to London.
The Kaduna state senator insisted that Professor Osinbajo is the acting president since the constitution has provided room for the scenario that played out.
He said: "Yemi Osinbajo is the acting president and not a "National Coordinator';Quoting the relevant section in the constitution in the President's letter takes care of the 'disturbing appellation';even though coordinator shouldn't have been used and must not be in the future if the need arises."

Mao Ohuabunwa, the Senator representing Abia-North at the National Assembly faulted President Buhari's letter intimating the Senate of his medical trip abroad and his delegation of power to the vice president.
Meanwhile, Femi Fani Kayode has also reacted to the development. He described as dangerous the plan by some people to keep Professor Yemi Osinbajo away from the position as acting president in the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari.
President Buhari had left the country on Sunday, May 7 for medical treatment and the vice president was duly expected to replace him in acting capacity.
