Naij.com learnt that the Nigeria police has released Prince Adeyanju Deji, who was arrested for staging a protest against the secret trial of Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB leader, on Thursday.
Recall that NAIJ.com reported that the former new media director to the Peoples Democratic Party, Prince Deji Adeyanju was allegedly arrested by men of the Nigeria Police.
Adeyanju, who is also a convener of Concerned Nigeria group was arrested at the Unity Fountain with another leader of the movement, Brian Jonah Dennis in Abuja on Friday.
Kanu in his tweets said police manned the Unity Fountain to stop the 'no secret trial' procession for Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB).
He later tweeted that he has been arrested.
