Michael Jackson's Fan Bleaches Skin With Acid To Look Like His Idol

Brazilian fan of the late music legend Michael Jackson spent fortune to look like his hero and even bleached with acid to lighten his complexion.

First Antonio Gleidson Rodrigues, who calls himself No.1 Michael Jackson impersonator in Brazil, underwent plastic surgery on nose.

Then the 32-year-old man had hyaluronic acid injected into his face to whiten his skin and botox - into the area under eyes. Soon Gleidson had surgery in his teeth and crowned it all with eyebrows tattooed, Daily Mail reports.

However, the man, who now spends 4 hours daily to imitate Jackson's dance moves, aims to perform other surgeries and if he manages to raise enough money, he wants to have his cheekbones, eyebrows, forehead and nose modified.

Gleidson confessed that he first got the idea of becoming Jackson's look-alike at the age of 19 when his drama class mates suggested he resembled the pop star.

"It was tough, they teased me for around 15 days and the mothers of the children even got involved. By the end of it I was caught up - I had the bug."

The man's relatives worry about his "obsession" as his aunt Maria Doriane Bastos de Souza calls it, and about his health, both physical and emotional.
