Health Commissioner Says Number Of Suspected Ebola Cases Has Increased

It has been revealed that Nigeria's foremost commercial heartbeat, Lagos, now has eight suspected cases of Ebola disease.

Reuters reported that these eight are part of the people who had contacts with the Liberian man who died from the pawns of the Ebola virus in Lagos recently.

This is made known by the health commissioner, who confirmed also that a Lagos-based Nigerian doctor had already been infected with the virus.

The Health Commissioner, Mr. Jide Idris, also said a further six people who had made contact with Sawyer had been quarantined but have not shown any symptoms of the disease.

The deadly virus, which has killed hundreds in four countries on the African continent currently does not have a cure, but medical response at the early stage can greatly help the infected person.
