APC Will Push Jonathan Away – Okorocha

 President Goodluck Jonathan has been told by Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha to begin preparing handover notes now to the APC.

Okorocha was speaking in Owerri and made the declaration in Owerri when he hosted some APC local government chairmen from all states of the nation as they came to celebrate the governor's 52nd birthday.

He said: “Come 2015, APC will be in Aso Rock but we must be aggressive to drag PDP and its members out of the Presidency and indeed, Nigeria”.

“I have the capacity to govern the Federal Republic of Nigeria. I must also make it abundantly clear that the PDP and indeed, President Goodluck Jonathan, cannot defeat me in the forthcoming general election”, Okorocha boasted.

He promised that he would run if the masses convinced him, fully stating that his mission in the country is not yet completed.

“My mission in Nigeria is yet to be fully actualized. This is largely as a result of the activities of the elites, who have denied me several opportunities to serve my people”, Okorocha said.

The Governor also promised that if he becomes the president, he would make sure the purge of Boko Haram ends.
